Clients may cancel an ongoing service or project by notifying us via WhatsApp or email before work has officially commenced. If work has already started or considerable time has been invested, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.

2. Cancellation by Kusum Graphics

We reserve the right to cancel any project or order due to unforeseen circumstances, technical difficulties, or inability to communicate with the client. In such rare cases, any advance payment received for unperformed work will be fully refunded to the client.
