1. Digital and Creative Services

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services (including photography, videography, graphic design, video editing, and album design), all sales are generally final. Once a project has started, design proofs have been delivered, or final digital files/media have been handed over, payments made are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds or partial adjustments may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as cancellation of service by Kusum Graphics prior to the commencement of work.
