Installment Payment Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kusum Graphics. By booking our photography, videography, album designing, or related services, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions.

1. Booking Advance

A booking advance is mandatory to confirm any photography or videography service. The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment. The advance amount is generally non-refundable.

2. Installment Payment Facility

For customer convenience, the total service amount may be paid in installments as mutually agreed.

• First Installment: Advance payment at the time of booking.
• Second Installment: Payment during or after completion of the event/service.
• Final Installment: Remaining balance before delivery of final photos, videos, albums, or digital products.

The installment schedule may vary depending on the service package and agreement between Kusum Graphics and the customer.

3. Delivery Policy

High-resolution photos, edited videos, albums, digital files, and other final deliverables will be provided only after full payment has been received.

Kusum Graphics may provide watermarked previews or sample images for review purposes before final payment.

4. Delay in Payment

If any installment remains unpaid beyond the agreed due date, Kusum Graphics reserves the right to suspend editing, album production, delivery, or other services until payment is completed.

Extended delays may affect delivery timelines and service priority.

5. Data Retention & Responsibility

Kusum Graphics makes every effort to securely store customer photos and videos. However, customers are advised to collect their completed data promptly after notification.

Kusum Graphics shall not be held responsible for data loss caused by hardware failure, storage corruption, accidental deletion, natural disasters, cyber incidents, or other unforeseen technical issues after a reasonable retention period.

• QR Code Payments
• Other Approved Digital Payment Methods

7. Refund Policy

Payments made for services already rendered, edited, designed, or delivered are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed solely at the discretion of Kusum Graphics.

8. Customer Agreement

By booking any service from Kusum Graphics, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Installment Payment Terms & Conditions.
